10/16/06 - This message will serve as official notice pursuant to Section 901 of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA) of proposed amendments to the SSUTA. It is anticipated that the attached 12 amendments will be considered at the December 13-14 Governing Board meeting.
06/29/06 - Pursuant to Section of 901 of the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement, this message will serve as official notice of eight proposed amendments to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement. It is anticipated that these will be considered by the Streamlined Sales Tax Implementing States on August 28 and the Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board on August 29-30.
05/22/06 - The Governing Board approved a CSP contract at its April meeting. On May 5, 2006 President Cook signed this contract with Taxware and Avalara.

04/25/06 - Please note that South Dakota has revised its taxability matrix related to Delivery charges including direct mail. This was changed to read NA because the direct mail mailing charges are not taxed.

04/10/06 - This message will serve as a public notice pursuant to Rule 902 that on April 10, 2006, Mr. Mark Nebergall submitted a request for an interpretation of Section 312A of the SSUTA related to computer software and that this request was submitted to the Compliance Review and Interpretations Committee for their evaluation.
