Hi All,

The Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board’s State and Local Advisory Council, Certification Committee and Audit Committee will be holding in-person meetings on August 14 - 17, 2017 at the St. Paul Office of the Minnesota Department of Revenue. These meetings have proven to be much more productive in-person and your attendance is strongly encouraged.  Those who cannot attend may participate by webinar.  The webinar information will be emailed to the ListServs approximately 10 days prior to the meetings.

The Schedule of Meetings will be as follows:

- Tuesday, August 15, 2017 – (8:30 am – noon) – Audit Committee (open session)

It is important that you print the discussion documents to bring to the meeting as there will be no handouts available onsite.  The attendees will be notified once the meeting materials are posted to the SSTGB website.  Final versions of the documents to be discussed will be posted at least 10 days prior to the meeting date.


Although the meeting will be held at the Minnesota Department of Revenue, a block of rooms has been reserved for August 13, 2017 - August 18, 2017 at the Embassy Suites Hotel. The special room rate will be available until July 24th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.  All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card.  If you do  not cancel before 3:00pm the day before you are scheduled to check in, the hotel will charge the credit card one night’s room fee plus any applicable taxes.
