Can a CSP get compensation for a volunteer seller if the CSP does not remit taxes to the state by the due date?
Answer:  No.  The CSP is liable for the taxes due along with any additional charges under state’s laws. If not received within 10 days after the due date, the CSP is in breach of contract. The CSP can require the Seller to reimburse the CSP for liability and other charges or amounts.

The CSP can get compensation if state improperly rejects the return per the CSP contract.
