Finance Committee

 

The Finance Committee is responsible for the preparation of the Board’s annual budget, monitoring the Board’s finances, reviewing contracts, and establishing banking procedures and other financial policies. 

The Secretary-Treasurer of the Governing Board is the committee Chair.

The committee is comprised of four committee members from the Governing Board Member States that the Chair selects annually.

The Finance Committee meets by teleconference as needed throughout the year.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the Executive Director to prepare the annual budget
  • Review the quarterly financial reports
  • Establishing banking procedures and other financial related policies
