Sellers May Be Required to Collect Sales Tax In States Where They Have No Physical Presence

After the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, et. al., states may now require sellers that do not have a physical presence in their state to collect and remit their taxes on sales of products delivered into their state. Streamlined Response to Supreme Court's South Dakota v Wayfair Decision
