The Drury Hotel is located in downtown St. Louis, 1 block from the arch, and 2 blocks from Busch Stadium.
To have specific items on the Governing Board Meeting agenda, including proposed amendments to the SSUTA or Rules, please email firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Friday, August 31, 2018. The agenda will be noticed to the email ListServs 30-days prior to the meeting. The Governing Board will discuss the South Dakota v. Wayfair, et. al., United States Supreme Court decision, state activity related to remote sellers, the status of federal e-fairness legislation and possible amendments to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA). We will also discuss the status of and changes to the Certified Service Provider contract the contract negotiation team and CSPs are working on in view of the recent Supreme Court decision, review the year’s financial activities, elect officers and directors for the upcoming year and will hear reports from the various committees.
The open segments of the meetings will be available by teleconference/webinar. The invitations will be emailed to the ListServs at a later date. Please remember to mute your phone/computer until speaking to obtain the best audio quality. Please do not place the call on hold due to the possible disruption of hold music. Business Advisory Council (BAC) members will receive the teleconference call-in number and pass code from the Business Advisory Council (BAC) prior to their meeting.
Angelo’s Taverna and Carmine’s Steakhouse are located inside of the hotel. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the Drury.
It is important to preregister prior to the meeting dates to be included in the catering headcounts, meeting room set-up and seating plans.
Registration fees must be paid by check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) prior to the meeting.
All state personnel and business community members must register for the SLAC and Governing Board meetings they will attend.
