The Streamlined Sales Tax Governing Board (SSTGB), the State and Local Advisory Council (SLAC), Executive Committee and Business Advisory Council (BAC) will meet May 12 - 14, 2026 at the Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI. Member state and non-member state officials, legislators and the business community are invited to attend and provide input. The Governing Board strongly encourages the attendance of each member state’s appointed Governing Board Delegates (legislative and administrative) to represent their individual states and vote on various changes being considered.
AGENDA
If you would like to have specific items on the Governing Board, SLAC or Executive Committee meeting agenda(s), including proposed amendments to the Streamlined Sales and Use Tax Agreement (SSUTA) or Rules, presentations on specific topics, etc., please email craig.johnson@sstgb.org as soon as possible, but no later than April 10, 2026. The final agenda will be published and noticed to the email ListServs at least 30-days prior to the meeting.
PUBLICATION
The final versions of all documents for the meetings must be emailed to Craig Johnson no later than April 29, 2026. All meeting documents will be posted to the SST Governing Board’s website and linked to the applicable meeting agenda 10 days prior to the meeting. A paper publication will not be distributed, so please print out copies of any of the documents you want a hard copy of prior to the meeting.

WEBINAR/TELECONFERENCE
The open segments of the meetings will be available by teleconference/webinar. The invitations will be emailed to the ListServs at a later date. Please remember to mute your phone/computer until speaking to obtain the best audio quality. Please do not place the call on hold due to the possible disruption of hold music. Business Advisory Council (BAC) members will receive the teleconference call-in number and pass code from the Business Advisory Council (BAC) prior to their meeting.
EVENING RECEPTION
Governing Board meeting attendees are invited to enjoy the evening reception from 5:30 - 8:30 pm on Wednesday, May 13th at the hotel.

ROOM RESERVATIONS
You may reserve guest rooms with the online Reservations Link at: SSTGB Semi-Annual Meeting, Grand Rapids, MI. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
Room Rate - $119.00 + tax. Rate valid for stay 5/11, 5/12 and 15/13.
Room block release deadline, is April 15, 2026. It is important to reserve a guest room before the block release deadline. Rooms reserved after that date will not be credited to the contractual room block and may be subject to a higher rate. Please consider reserving the guest room before travel approval is obtained.
Reservations must be made on an individual basis. Your credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation. In order to meet the SST room block requirements, please do not make reservations on Expedia.com, Orbitz.com, Hotel.com, other websites or through a travel agent.
